Once upon a time, a girl came back from the future with a "You're Fired" notice which disappeared. It became a blank paper. When asking the doctor scientist (inventor), Doc Brown, what it means, he replied, "It means your future hasn't been written yet. So, make it what you want it to be." Please make it your own
.
I want to tell you: "Make your future what you want it to be, but start today." Learn from the past but don't dwell & live there like a depressed turtle owl. Grow up, get over yourself, get over her, get over him, get over them, get over it, grow some balls, grow a pair, & move on. Please prepare for the future but don't worry too much about tomorrow. Don't speculate too much about what might happen. Try your best to accept the worse & be content. Please try also to expect the best... when I say the best, I'm talking about what is best for each situation, morally speaking. It is all about what is right. Be happy but stay competitive instead of being overly stagnant, complacent, lethargic, ignorant, arrogant, proud, closed, selfish, & lazy. Please keep a life journal of your own personal history, a timeline outline, which can help you see & remember who /where /what you were/done, who/where you are, & it can help you plan for who you are becoming & where you are going.... it's life changing
.
If you don't learn history, you repeat history. If you don't remember the mistakes you made, you make 'em again. Avoid the problems others made. Read history, journals, biographies. Watch interviews. Listen to audio tapes of the people you admire. Study your idols whom you look up to. Read about them. Write about them & about your dreams, goals, & draw a bit. Write songs. Sing. Dance. Play with your inner child. Please try not to regret your past mistakes too much. You can hate yourself for not doing certain things sooner, for losing your keys, for forget people's names, for doing bad things. Write them down but then, please remember that your life is like that blank paper which doesn't say you're fired yet. Focus on the present & do what you can do now. Believe in yourself & in others. You cannot control outcomes beyond your own reach, but you can try your best to control you... be responsible, careful & have fun
