When you're lonely, find a pen. When you're lost, look around. When you're confused, try to laugh a little. During Christmas, I feel depression, but close my eyes & coach myself to remember the pain for the gain.

Suck it up. Take it all in. Take deep breaths. Take a break sometimes. Write down goal outlines. Draw. Sing. Dance. Watch films. Play some games. Find people to talk to. Write down how you feel. Record your voice. Make videos & capture the moments when you feel terrible because the sun will rise someday. Rainbows will appear after the storms. Learn the lessons. Feel what you must feel and remember that emotions are not bad. We can feel bad but that does not mean we are bad. We can feel fat but that does not necessarily mean that we are fat. We can feel rejected, irrelevant, incapable, ugly, slow, dumb, unable, undesirable, bad, and other things, but our fate and destiny shines brighter than stars.
