Health Secrets 2015-12-30 AC Q1 SG...

Being healthy can be fun. Wake up early, smile, pray, drink water, and exercise for at least five minutes. If that is easy, try thirty minutes. Try to exercise once a week. If that is too easy, try twice a week. Eat some fruit & some delicious oatmeal.

The secret to longevity is in more natural, long-term, pure, eternal, remedies, foods, as oppose to drugs & medicine. It takes a balance physically, mentally, emotionally, & spiritually. It takes laughter & the fruits of the spirit. It takes, patience, integrity, character, love, discipline, wisdom, hope, & more oatmeal. Eat different colors of the rainbow. Eat food that are colorful. Eat food with different colors. Don't just eat food that is one color. For example, many people may only eat foods that are white, yellow, & green. But they should also eat foods that are red, purple, black, brown, etc..... please get a second opinion from different doctors when diagnosing. Doctors can help but they cannot always help. Doctors don't know everything. Ask other doctors for advice. Ask different kinds of doctors from different places. Read books. Ask different kinds of people. Google it. Do research on medicine, remedies, solutions, herbs, self-helps, autobiographies, history, encyclopedias, answers, and so on.....

Please eat different kinds of food each day. Many people only eat a few kinds of food in their diets. Some people eat too much wheat, junk food, & sweets. We should eat more fruits, vegetables, nuts, beans, & salmon. Please eat less meat, except for fish. Other than fish, eat less chicken & other meats. Please avoid pig, crab, & animals that eat junk. Help others in your life. Good people can be healthier.
