Joey Arnold slept at the 23/9 Park for some minutes around 2 PM this Sunday afternoon, the 13th of December 2015. Park security said to get up as I alid there with my head to the backpack. I asked why in Vietnamese and he kept saying the same things. Others translated what he said into English for me. He didn't explain why. He just said that those are the rules. After some minutes, he left & talked to others or at least to another cop who probably knew me and who didn't come to me.
