Should coffee shops change their policies without sufficient time for customers to adjust? Vietnam McDonald's allowed customers to get free water with the meals they purchase. But, they said today that they no longer offer free water (Ly Nuoc Mien Phi) now because of health & safety concerns.

Tim Camp It's pretty sad that he's so autistic we can easily see who the OP is. Just think, he's actually "teaching" people to speak and write like him, too.
