McDonald's gave customers free water before. Now, McDonald's refuses. They say there is a new "No Free Water" policy. I bought food at McDonald's today. I paid for my food. I got my food. I asked for some tap water in a small cup. I just say "Ly nước miễn phí." I asked for a free cup of free water.

Joey Arnold Oatmeal is my name. Many coffee shops and restaurants provides free water. Vietnam McDonald's served free water before. Why not now? It is not a good idea. I'm American. I'm living in Saigon as an English Teacher. The McDonald's in TP.HCM changed. But this "POLICY" might only apply to me. It may be a bad idea. I'm here to question their decisions. Customers need water. It's healthier. People don't drink enough water. They should reconsider.

They said it's a health & safety issue. But denying free water only makes things worse, especially in Vietnam. In the long run, it alienates them form their customers & makes customer service and relationships bitter and worse.
